This hotel provided an exceptional luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities in the room and the Spa & wellness centre left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the massages and facials were top-notch and the staff provided impeccable service. the seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace were a perfect place to unwind.
The hotel lacked entertainment options. There was no casino or leisure/TV room available.

This hotel is a good option for a short vacation, with plenty of activities for the family, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools and thermal baths nearby. the town is charming with nice restaurants and historic buildings to explore. the restaurant has a few good dishes with reasonable prices, and the SPA looks promising.
The hotel's staff is far from what you expect from a 5-star hotel, and there were no children activities.

We had a great stay! Best aspects were the comfy room, amazing Spa, friendly staff, and clean facilities. Breakfast was delicious and staff was super attentive.

We had a great stay at a hotel in Entre Rios. the swimming pools were amazing, with indoor and outdoor options to choose from. the town located nearby was charming and had some great dining options, with a nice plaza to walk around. One of the best aspects of our stay was the Water Park close by, with thermal baths and water slides to enjoy. We also enjoyed the SPA, which offered various treatments for the body and mind.
Although the staff were pleasant, the service level was not what you expect from a 5-star hotel. There were no activities planned for children or any kind of entertainment offered.

The hotel had nice swimming pools and a good location near to a charming town for walking and dining. Additionally, the nearby Water Park was a great option for a family getaway.
I was disappointed with the lack of services that a five-star hotel should have. There were no children's activities, and the kids' pool needed more maintenance. Furthermore, the staff was good, but their service did not meet my expectations for a hotel with these prices.
